i almost bought a pair of boot spurs on ebay the other night. i think i'm becoming a little too literal with the whole dressing like a slutty grunge cowboy thing. bootstraps are my newest addiction. i ordered two pairs in the last week and i plan on putting them on every pair of shoes i own... if i ever take off these harley davidson boots, that is. chances are slim. or none.

check out madeline's post about davy jones- it's just perfect. i feel exactly the same way and could not be more sad about his passing. my mom took me to see The Monkees on their reunion tour when i was in my crazy fan stage (maybe 10 or 11 years old?), and it's still one of my greatest memories.

Luv the slutty grungy cowboy look! I think I might follow in your shoes steps with this whole boot strap thing. I was in Texas a month or so ago, and I was totally eyeballing everyones boots straps, and every time heard spurs walking behind I could not resist a quick peek at the cowboy.
