i almost bought a pair of boot spurs on ebay the other night. i think i'm becoming a little too literal with the whole dressing like a slutty grunge cowboy thing. bootstraps are my newest addiction. i ordered two pairs in the last week and i plan on putting them on every pair of shoes i own... if i ever take off these harley davidson boots, that is. chances are slim. or none.

check out madeline's post about davy jones- it's just perfect. i feel exactly the same way and could not be more sad about his passing. my mom took me to see The Monkees on their reunion tour when i was in my crazy fan stage (maybe 10 or 11 years old?), and it's still one of my greatest memories.

VENICE MENACE

taylor and i decided to have a day in Venice dedicated to doing absolutely NOTHING other drinking margaritas, creeping on hot skateboarders, and being general shit shows. one of the best days i've had in a very long time. highly recommended to act like unruly teenagers for a day.

i forced madeline to go to the long beach flea market with me today for work- it's a shame everyone was already packing up as soon as we got there because it was AMAZING. i mean, i got this bag for under 20 bucks, so that's a pretty clear indicator, right?

happy valentine's day? this holiday doesn't really affect me, so i spent it buying myself overpriced candles and a huge vegan feast. in other words, it was perfect.

okay, now that that's out of the way...

after about 5 years of searching, i finally found the perfect vegan faux leather motorcycle jacket, thanks to Wasteland. they've been my favorite store for 8 years, so the fact that they're online now and accessible to everyone is so rad. i've worn this jacket for a week straight, so far.

also- we're working hard in TUNNEL VISION land to bring you guys an amazing update. i'm SO excited about our upcoming stock, which includes this suede top, necklace, and bracelet that i'm wearing above. we're working out a consistent schedule so we'll be bringing large updates to the store once a month, and we have a huge announcement that goes along with that... i think it'll definitely please you guys. you can keep track of all the TUNNEL VISION happenings on our facebook page.
